PEARSON Honda is courteous and professional! I had my 2011 Pilot in the service department recently. From the time I contacted my service advisor, John Gardner about the problem, until I received the car- I was treated with the upmost respect and consideration. he assured me all the damages would be repaired. he explained to me what happened and how it would be corrected. When I picked up the car, I was extremely pleased with the results. I will ALWAYS continue to bring my car to Pearson Honda!

A very satisfied customer

Originally, I had a less than happy experience with the service department at Pearson Honda.

My part wasn't received on time, then the wrong part was shipped - it was a set of circumstances that left me a little angry at first, but I realized that the problem didn't lie with the service department.

Once the correct part was received, I will say that the service department "bent over backwards" - especially the service director, Mr. Johnnie Willis, did everything possible to correct the situation and to make me a satisfied customer.

I think in todays world, we always question whether we're "getting our monies worth", well, I can say I believe I got great value for my money power and I left a very happy customer of Perason Honda's service department
